Simply Serve Values

When serving our church family and local community
we trust that all volunteers will embody the following values
of Christian Life Church.  

Be friendly, make the most of the opportunity to connect with other people and be an encouragement to them. Always be respectful, wear a smile and be willing to engage others.  

Be excellent–do your best! We should embody a spirit of excellence in all we do.  Remember, to do all “as unto the Lord.” Even the smallest task can glorify God when done well.

Be a team player. Many opportunities may involve collaboration. Please work together in unity. 

Be faithful to honor your volunteer commitments. If you are unable to fulfill your assigned responsibility, please communicate to the ministry or event coordinator as far in advance as possible. 

Be dressed appropriately. Remember that when you serve, you are representing the Lord and your local congregation. Please dress modestly and appropriately for the volunteer occasion. If you have questions about this, please ask our Volunteer Coordinator.   

Be safe. Please be mindful of your safety and the safety of others in each volunteer opportunity. If applicable, always ensure that work areas are kept clear and that all precautions are taken to prevent accidents.
